Saddles
Unless otherwise specified, new or used saddles, stocked in the US, come with a 7-day
trial/return policy. It is the customers responsibility to notify us, as of the 7th day, if customer
does not intend to keep the saddle. For saddle trial customers, the agent working with them,
may approve more time, if there are still fitting issues to work out, in which case a new date will
be set for customer to notify the agent of their decision. If no notice has been received by the
seventh day of a trial/purchase or by a later date approved by one of our agents, the saddle will
be considered sold and will no longer be returnable. This allows us to replenish our stock
saddles in a timely manner, so that we continue to offer a prompt trial and fitting service for our
customers.
Special Order Saddles
For customers who know the model and size they want, saddles may be ordered by us and made
with options to their specifications, direct from the saddler in England. Customers are
encouraged to take advantage of our US stock and comprehensive trial program to ensure they
have chosen the best size and model for horse and rider. Since each special order saddle is
ordered above and beyond our basic stock and to the customer's specific request, special
orders are not returnable. However they will fall under Nursey's (the saddle maker)
comprehensive 1 year warranty. Nurseys are always prompt to repair or replace any warranty
issue that comes up, and with their excellent work, such issues are rare.
Accessories
Pads and accessories that are ordered as part of a saddle trial are returnable up to the 7th day,
just like our stock saddles, unless otherwise specified. Like our saddles they may be tried, as
long as they are returned clean and in good condition.
Accessories that are ordered on a separate basis must be returned in clean and like new
condition, within 7 days, not including ship time, and will be refunded, less the cost of shipping.
Fhoenix USA reserves the right to deduct use and damages from a refund on any item that is not
returned clean or with acceptable wear, in accordance with our trial period.
